Our Escalade broke down in the middle of the interstate while my wife was driving (bearing failure). The road was under construction so there was no where to pull to get in a safe area. I drove my vehicle while my wife was driving (bearing failure). The road was under construction so there was no where to pull to get in a safe area. I drove my vehicle to help, I called the closest tow truck company to get the vehicle and my wife out of harms way. Tow truck picked up the Cadillac and was going to bring it to our house then figure out what to do after that, we called Logan at Crest and let him know what’s going on and asked if we just need to have the tow company bring the car to the dealership. Got the vehicle there they provided a loaner and everything was going smooth and not to much of an inconvenience. 2 months later our car was ready to be picked up but we were being charged $750 for the tow and tolls. We only had a tow bill and tolls because the cart broke down. I didn’t think paying anything out of pocket was reasonable, not to mention the repaired Escalade seemed to be idling erratic and the motor didn’t seem to run like it did before. I called and left messages to discuss and never received a call back. The sales side a the dealership were good and the service started out good, due to having to pay for something that I didn’t feel reasonable is why I wouldn’t shop at crest again. More
