My transition went out on my 2024 XT5. Mandy was great in sales, but they either forgot or were unwilling to preform the recall work my car needed which they were not supposed to sell it until it was done per GMs own bulletin. A day after the sale they called me expecting me to take the car to a Cadillac dealer within 2 days to correct their mistake. In addition they sold me a car with a damaged Onstar communication module which I wasn't aware of until taking it to my local Cadillac dealer. The wait time for this part is several months according to the dealer here so my Onstar trial is worthless. Also 18 days later and my trade still doesn't show paid off and when they sent me info trying to show they paid off my trade they sent me some other customer's info on their trade. So I still don't know if they have sent the payoff for my trade. So I am not exactly impressed. Definitely need to keep on them as their after sale support is mediocre at best. More
