Very professional, Mr. Bryan Oldham, who has been my service advisor for about 20 years starting before there was a Crest Cadillac, and even though it was his day-off, kept Bryan Oldham, who has been my service advisor for about 20 years starting before there was a Crest Cadillac, and even though it was his day-off, kept in touch with me via phone from home on the status while his 'desk' partner, Ms. Monica Toombs, saw to the actual maintenance and repair. Ms. Toombs was also most professional and bothy Bryan & Monica reflect well on the Dealership. The only negative I experienced was with your finance department to discover that Crest charged my credit card for the use and convenience of the same. I strongly urge your management to reconsider that charge as it conveys a message of "miserly cheapness" unbecoming the image a top of the line company would desire to project. rfp More
