Bret is personable, thorough, professional and extremely responsive- even on the we and that is manifest through its employees, including Bret Bonin! Bret is personable, thorough, professional and extremely responsive- even on the weekends!! I’ve been treated like a celebrity by Crest and all the employees I encountered. Make no mistake, Crest is my forever go to dealership!! Keep up the great work!! More

Extremely poor customer service after purchasing a new 2024 Cadillac CT 5 After taking delivery of my new car I received a call from the dealership that my license plates were in and ready for pick up. 2024 Cadillac CT 5 After taking delivery of my new car I received a call from the dealership that my license plates were in and ready for pick up. Unable to return to the dealership, I asked my daughter if she could stop by the dealership and pick up my plates. (Going out of her way taking her daughter to Special Needs School) Later when I went to put the plates on the car, I noticed that there was no bracket on the front of the car to install the plate. Why would the dealer let the vehicle leave the lot without a required part attached to the car. ( Texas law REQUIRES that vehicles displayed from and rear license plate or be subject to $200 in fines) The dealership must know what the motor vehicle laws require. I called the dealership to get an appointment to install the bracket. I was told just display the plate on the dashboard. Later a person named Chris called and left a voicemail (I was on a long distance business call and couldn’t answer his call). Chris left a message that he would call back .Several hours later I called the dealership back and ask to speak to Chris . The phone continued to ring for well over a minute without anyone answering the phone. I hung up and called again. After several more calls a lady answered the phone and said she would forward my call to Chris. Listening to music for several minutes the lady returned to me and informed me that t that Chris was unavailable and she would leave him a note to call me. .That was over TWO DAYS AGO and Chris still has not contacted me. Later in the in afternoon I called the dealership again and asked to speak to the General Manager or the Owner. I was told that is the same person. I waited on hold for a couple of minutes and then I was told that the General Manager/Owner was not available. The lady took my name and number and she would leave the person a note to call me. Two days later still no return call. I think that once you jump the curb, in your new car Cress Cadillac could care less about customers. The next problem I had was that some genius thinks it is a good idea to Super Glue a sticker on the windshield where a toll tag needs to be installed. It took me over an hour to remove the sticker that they had installed. I had to spray a special glue remover several times on the sticker and then take a razor blade and scrape the sticker off in order to place my toll tag in the proper spot. I already had a bill from NTTA because I had not yet received my toll tags. One problem was that the temporary paper plates and my replacement plates that the dealership gave me didn’t match. So more bills until I contacted NTTA with the new plate numbers. Since I was leaving on a business trip and no plates on the front of my vehicle I felt it best that I take a difference from of transportation to avoid any penalty of driving in violation Texas laws. I was able to have my daughter ( after going out of her way talking her Special Needs Child from Prosper to Plano take the car back to the dealership) and have the bracket installed on the car … THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSTALLED BEFORE DELIVERY I am not at all impressed with their service and doubt that I will ever use their service department for any reason. My advice is if you for some reason you purchase a vehicle from Cress Cadillac that you make sure it has been fully serviced to meet all state and federal requirements. More

Do NOT buy a used vehicle from this dealership they claim they do a 360 inspection and that everything was perfect on our vehicle. We have had to replace our transmission 5 times now since buying the car a y they do a 360 inspection and that everything was perfect on our vehicle. We have had to replace our transmission 5 times now since buying the car a year ago. It’s one thing to be a good car salesman’s and it’s one thing to lie to your customers. I will never buy a vehicle from this place again and that includes all Crest dealerships. Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! THEY DONT CARE! WORST PART IS THEY GOT A xxxx GOOD CAR FROM ME AND SOLD ME A PIECE!!! More

This place is a joke! ! I bought a car here and had scratches on it. I was told they were going to fix it. The car was painted and they left over spray all over the back. T ! That doesn’t include when I first got the car they tried to tell me they would they would lower my interest rate if I would sign on the extended warranty plans they have that’s kind of fishy because the bank don’t negotiate extended warranty or interest rates !!!!Sad to say, but Clay Cooley has better service than this place.!!!!!! the proof is right there in the pictures so they can’t say I am lying!!! I will be getting a attorney!! More

We purchased 2 new vehicles and wished we had not purchased from Crest. The service department is a complete failure with a lack of communication, damages caused under their care, and a total lack of purchased from Crest. Jenny Joseph was kind, courteous and knowledgeable of the Cadillac brand, especially the XT4 and XT5. Before I arrived at Crest Cadillac, she sent me videos walking around each of the vehicles in which I had Cadillac brand, especially the XT4 and XT5. Before I arrived at Crest Cadillac, she sent me videos walking around each of the vehicles in which I had expressed interest. Myles Bates, Sales Managers, and Joshua Gabbai, Business Manager, were thorough, courteous, and easy to work with. I will continue to do business with Crest Cadillac. More
