Logan Mcpherson in the Service department is great. Always has been and always will be. Service is awesome and always quick. My only complaint with service is the addition of additives to fuel and oil which drive up the cost of an oil change. Those additives really are not necessary. They are added on to increase profits for the service department. These should be removed so that a basic oil change isn't $160 for a standard 4-cylinder turbo vehicle. Charging $20 a bottle for some additive that cost service department probably under $5, isn't really right. At best, ask the customer if they want that xxxx ahead of time. I can tell you that my first "Free Oil Change Visit", after purchasing the new car did not include either the fuel or the oil additive. Otherwise, Crest is a great dealership, and we will continue to use them. More
