Even when Tony isnt in, the representative's are always respectful and keep me up to date on the work being done just as Tony has done. They always give the car a thorough check and report any issues prior to starting work. Recently, I hadn't used Sync in a while and suddenly wasn't working. Tony connected my phone in no time thus saving time for technicians. Bottom line is I had forgotten that I had purchased a new phone. Its a great team and I always recommend Crest to my friends.
