Worst excuse for customer service I’ve ever experienced. They weren’t planning on calling me to let me know my vehicle was ready even tho it had been finished before closing time. Not to mention I turned in my vehicle and took my own photos because I just knew there would be an issue. There was a 6 in scratch on the rear right leather seat that magically appeared while my car was in the dealerships possession. 0/10 would not recommend even to an enemy. They will lie to you with a smile on their face. As someone who has worked in customer service nearly 10 years, this is the worst excuse for a business I’ve ever seen. They are not worth your time or money. More
