Crest Ford

Unfriendly, unprofessional, and poor customer service. I was left to wait in their waiting room over an hour after my car was done (for a total of 2-3 hours) in plane view of my sales/repair person. Actua I was left to wait in their waiting room over an hour after my car was done (for a total of 2-3 hours) in plane view of my sales/repair person. Actually he did his best to avoid looking my direction/making eye contact, although was facing the waiting room with unobstructed view many, many times. Finally when I went to ask how much longer it will be until the car will be done, he state “oh, it was done long time ago. Paperwork is at he cashier office”, without an apology. He said he looked for me. The entire 2-3 hours I was waiting there, I left to use the bathroom for a brief couple of minutes, and that’s when he said he looked for me, but then all that time I was staring right at him, even trying to get his attention from the waiting area, once again, although facing me many, many, many times while avoiding/pretending not to see me, he never thought once to come and let me know the car was as done with the oil change. The waiting room is in unobstructed view just a few feet away from the employee’s desks. That is precious time I’ve lost and never get to have it again. Will never go back there! More
