Sam Yousif is a superb Sales Rep and his Mgr hindered our car buying experience. For 3 hours his Mgr failed to approve the car purchase experience. I ended up buying the car that sat on the lot for 2-3 mont car buying experience. For 3 hours his Mgr failed to approve the car purchase experience. I ended up buying the car that sat on the lot for 2-3 months at a price I didn’t want. Only because of Sam, I bought it! Never did this mgr come out to assist, and was frustrating for Sam and I. I would buy again from Sam because he is all about customer service, wants returning customers, and he should be the manager. In closing, in can take months to find customers and seconds to lose them. The mgr is about his departments profit, and is the worst sales mgr to be in this position. This needs to be noted to ford upper management. More
