Very satisfied; this was my 6th car leased from Crest Ford; my lease was terminated July 2022. However, with a 3 to 6; initial wait, then it was increased to possible 6 months. Especially because I had paid up to 45,000 miles. Due to the pandemic, I only had 19,200 miles. I love my 2019 Ford Flex and this was my 4th one. I was sad to hear that Ford no longer manufacture the Ford Flex. My original Sales Person, Marge was always so nice professional, kind, respectful, helpful and reliable.
