A review that is bit over due (~1month). I had the opportunity to browse online and schedule an appointment to test drive a Honda Civic Si in a matter of minutes. Fady Metry gave a call and was extrem opportunity to browse online and schedule an appointment to test drive a Honda Civic Si in a matter of minutes. Fady Metry gave a call and was extremely polite and understanding of my travels from Knoxville to Nashville. He tried his best to ensure the car was on the lot until I got to test drive. His patience with me in trying to get my own insurance sorted out was very much appreciated since it took off some embarrassment (I thought I had all my paperwork with me). Lets not forget to mention Michael Tarpey, the finance director, who was not pushy about things aside from warranty (which I think is understandable). Even then, he worked with me and offered what I thought was reasonable. I will say he seems very understanding if you decide to say no to any offer. One thing I wish I paid a bit more attention to is that this dealership is a "Sonic Priced" dealership which in short means no haggling. Not that it is a bad thing it just I seemed like a xxxxx for trying after I said I did my research... Price of vehicle in comparison to other honda civic si on other lots was definitely well below sticker price. All I can say is... if you think you are a good/great haggler/bargainer then try a different place but if you want to save time and frustration then look into Sonic Priced Dealerships. More
To start off I should say we live 50+ miles from Crest Honda but they had 3 cars that we were very interested in. Being a ways away we wanted to make sure everything was still on the lot before we made th Honda but they had 3 cars that we were very interested in. Being a ways away we wanted to make sure everything was still on the lot before we made the trip. My wife called and talked to a sales person who assured her they had every vehicle available. She also asked if there was any play in any of the prices before we decided to make the trip as well. She was told they would be room but would not haggle over the phone, which I can understand. She called one more time as we were driving to the location since it was after work and we may have to negotiate rush hour traffic. My wife again was reassured they would bargain on the price and all three vehicles were available to show. We show up and guess what? Only one vehicle on the lot the other two were either sold or transferred to another lot. The one vehicle to remain on the lot was the most expensive (imagine that). The salesperson we got when we arrived was not the one we talked to and he seemed to be very nice, but when asked how much room was in the most expensive car he informed us that they do not negotiate? Everything they told her was a lie to get us on the lot and try to sell her a car. We waisted about $30 in gas and our time which is more valuable because of lies. When a person is willing to spend thousands at your location trust should be a big part of the process. If one is willing to lie to someone knowing they live so far away ten everything they say should be questioned. We tried calling for a reasonable explanation but none was given. Folks be careful and double check anything they say before you buy. I would recommend you just find a more trustworthy establishment. More

Came in for a recall and door issues, The vehicle is out of warranty, however I have brought the vehicle in for the door issue before. The dealership honored the warranty for the door part that was required, since this was my first time on the second visit out side of my warranty for the same issue! More

Brad Howe was amazing! He helped me pick the perfect car, running back and forth grabbing a bunch of cars for me to really find the best fit. Wrong Diagnosis and Worse Customer Service Took my son's 2009 Honda Accord in due to it running poorly. Charged me $160 to diagnose as needing a full re-ring of the pistons for $3,726 plus tax Took my son's 2009 Honda Accord in due to it running poorly. Charged me $160 to diagnose as needing a full re-ring of the pistons for $3,726 plus tax. That diagnosis for a Honda with only about 130k miles made no sense so I took the car to another garage for a second opinion. Second garage diagnosed it as a cracked spark plug. Charged me $100 to replace all the spark plugs and car now runs great.. In summary, Crest would have charged my approx $4,000 to fix a $100 problem. I would not be writing this review and would probably still take car to Crest for service if Crest had responded to any of my complaints with merely an offer to refund the diaqnostic charge. Take your car there at your own risk. More

We went to the dealership and went to test-drive the vehicle we had been discussing and found that the information we had been given (both in the initial ad, the extra information and the carfax we were sent by email) all had the mileage listed at 25,000 miles but the vehicle actually had 47,000 miles on the odometer. I could understand a slight discrepancy due to test drives, but to advertise it at just over half the actual miles looked like a bait and switch. The salesman stated that he expected it to sell pretty quickly anyway because he expected someone would come in and decide the mileage wasn't that important to them. We drove 2 hours each way expecting to buy a car only to find that one of the most basic pieces of information had been grossly misrepresented. After this, we wouldn't buy a car here under any circumstances, because I can't trust a business that either lies to their customers or is careless enough to make this kind of mistake. I just looked at their website now, well over 24 hours after our wasted trip and after making them very aware of the false advertising and the vehicle is still there with the same mileage listing. Not correcting this after they were certainly aware of the problem makes me convinced it was an intentional bait and switch. More

I called the next morning and asked about it and the guy was nice, said it was available and that he would set the keys aside. Within a couple of hours I went to check it out and the guy I talked to was busy with another customer. But Brantly Steele was quick to help us out. He said he had only been there for about a week but had previous experience with selling cars. He located the keys and helped us look at the car, all the features and even let us drive it around the block. He was extremely nice and had a great sense of humor. While we waited for him to fill out paper work with the managers he pointed us to the refreshments and food, (popcorn and hotdogs ?). After he helped us out with everything and I was about to drive the car off the lot he had brought up the keycode on the driver side door, I had never used them before because noone ever knew them. But he went above and beyond to find the code and was successful. He made my experience amazing and I'm so glad that I went to this dealership! Brantly Steele is a great new addition to this dealerships team! Good luck Brantly! 😁 More
