I have been buying new cars since I was sixteen years old. I have been purchasing cars from this dealer four five years since moving to Nashville from California. I just returned home today from Crest with my 4th new car. buying cars from this dealer I shopped all Honda dealers within a 50 mile radius of my home. Once I met the individuals at Crest my search was over. I have never had a bad sales or service experience from this dealership in the last five years. Each time I buy a car from Dave and his manger Rick I think that I have reached the epitome of excellence. Then, when I go back the next time for a car, they go another extra mile for me! These guys at Crest are the best! David Galloway, my personal salesperson is the most professional sales person I have ever dealt with at any agency in my life. He not only gives me a fair price but his attention to detail is amazing! I am one person who does not like to sit around an agency all day. Dave and his counterparts handle the entire buying experience in an expeditious and timely manner. For anyone who is interested in buying a new Honda or a quality used car, I strongly recommend Crest and David Galloway. You can’t do any better than these guys! More

I am from Raleigh, NC and looked at all surrounding states to find a Honda and called Nashville and found one! They were very fast to process my request and I came on Saturday to trade in my Tahoe and states to find a Honda and called Nashville and found one! I really like the 6 yr 120k warranty (bumper to bumper) that I got for my wife on her new Civic. She wroks just down the sreet at Health Springs and will be easy to drop off car of service. The Finance guy was SUPER!!!!!. Right Now I have made an offer to purchase a 2008 Ford F150 Extended cab @ Crest and await their reply. Didn't enjoy the doc fee, but sales mgr. increased trade in by additional $200.00 which eased the pain. Will Highly Recommend to anyone, Got about $3,100.00 off MSRP. More

We recently purchased a new Civic from Crest. This is our second experience with them and neither have been positive. The first time, our Accord was broken into and we took it there to have it repaired. our second experience with them and neither have been positive. The first time, our Accord was broken into and we took it there to have it repaired. 7 weeks later, we had our car back. The entire 7 weeks we would check in every couple of days to see what the status was. Finally, somewhere around the 5th or 6th week, they told us they had originally ordered the wrong parts to do the repairs and then needed to order the correct parts which took more time. It would have been nice to tell us that from the start. During this second experience, we have been given the run-around again. When we first purchased the car, we were told it would be in within 24-72 hours. When the 72 hours was up, we called to check the status. Everytime we call, someone says they will check on it and call us back. Everytime, no one calls us back. We continually have to call ourselves. Finally, we drove out there yesterday to see what the deal was and we were told it would be in today and to call at noon. Now, already one week later, I am told the car will "hopefully" be in by Saturday - 10 days later. I am not scoring Crest as low as humanly possible because the dealer we dealt with was great when we were purchasing. However, since all of this has started happening, even he has started to act shady towards us. The customer service was great prior to purchasing the car. Once it was purchased though, it was all downhill. We even got a call two days ago that went like this: "Hello, I am calling from Crest Honda. I see you were in recently to look at cars but did not purchase. Is there anything we could have done to gain your business?" "We did purchase a car." "Oh...there must be a mistake in our records. How do you like it?" "We wouldn't know. We don't have it yet and no one seems to know where it is." "OK, I will check on that and get back in touch with you." Do I even need to comment on whether or not they called back? Just keep this in mind if you choose to deal with Crest. ***Edit/Update*** We were contacted just a few minutes ago and told the car is here now. While this now pleases me, I still wonder what type of operation is being run over there. It took another seething message from us today but this time to the manager there. More
