I came in without an appointment after my vehicle lost power on the tollway. I was quite nervous about it, and Robert immediately took my car in and got me a loaner and sent me on my way. Very easy service experience, made a last minute same day reservation and got in quickly. Some additional concerns were found on inspection that were addressed and got the car back at a reasonable time. reservation and got in quickly. Sold my car days after the completion of this service. I did love the car but was fed up with the issues surrounding it- especially with customer service. Best decision I have made. Got my turbos repl I did love the car but was fed up with the issues surrounding it- especially with customer service. Best decision I have made. Got my turbos replaced under the extended warranty for the 2017 Q60. After they failed to update me about the turbo's coming in (6 week wait). Originally, they did tell me they had one turbo in the shop and just needed to order the other one. Said it would take 2-6 weeks. At 6 weeks I inquired and they said "we are starting to get some in." When I clarified my confusion as to whether I was suddenly waiting on a list - due to the fact that they just needed the one turbo in - they came up with some walk around excuses and magically the turbos became available. I know they just failed to get in touch with me. Oh, and you have to pay out of pocket for the oil change even though failing to change the oil with a turbo change can cause more problems due to contamination. I think they pick and choose who they take care of. Because I would listen and watch how they would interact with others... would even ask others about their experiences. From the time I bought the car certified pre-owned from Crest, I was treated differently than others. Especially compared to those with SUV's (for whatever reason). It took me being on top of them and initiating all communication to get anything done. I had to complain about the fact that I was never introduced to my service advisor or had any communication from him... just for my service advisor to finally reach out to me instead of just sending me a list of things they wanted me to pay for. I was told that I would be taken care of after I addressed the issue of the 2021 staff changing my warranty documents without informing me (shortening the warranty). My mother actually went up to the dealership to speak to them about it because I was so upset when I found out years later. They damaged my car multiple times over the years. From scraping my front bumper to my side mirror being broken. I had to argue with them about fixing the mirror even though I never left the service bay when I addressed it. I even tried going to Sewell to see if it was any different. I guess when you have a car that sits low, the techs do not care about speeding over the speed bumps and scrapping the crap out of the front bumper- regardless of which Infiniti dealership. But at Sewell they at least wanted to make it right, right away. Defiantly since it was shortly after I replaced the front bumper. Insurance made a huge deal about there being some scrapes (caused by Crest) after someone backed into the front bumper. Tried to put me at fault when I was not even in the vehicle when it got hit. And yes, the techs going too fast over speed bumps and the wonderful sound of the bumper scraping was on my dash cam footage. The face of techs that scrape the bumper is universal. On a positive note, I will say that the loaner people were great. They took care of me and made it an easy process. Overall, I look forward to never dealing with them or Infiniti again. More
