Made an appointment and dropped off vehicle Friday at 7:45 am, 15 minutes before appointment time for a VERY simple service request. Never heard from anybody, so called about 4:00 pm and was told my vehicle was still waiting to be looked at and they’d get to it on Saturday and were open 7-3 on Saturday. Never heard from anybody on Saturday. Called first things Monday after seeing on the link that it still hadn’t been looked at and told them I’d take elsewhere. Terrible communication. My wife and I don't like games. The warranty as stated by Miles was changed by Crest so that it was only good if you purchased another layer of protection.
