This has been my known location to come to for service and repairs. However this will be changing because I had a bad experience. I came in for a routine oil change, I asked for my power steering fluid to and repairs. However this will be changing because I had a bad experience. I came in for a routine oil change, I asked for my power steering fluid to be topped off and was told it was all electric until someone popped my hood and realized, my car does have a reservoir for steering fluid. I was told it was too dark and I needed a flush. I was okay I added that services well to my visit. Upon getting my car back in a timely manner I now had a check engine light come on. My car is a 2015, but I had it for almost 8 years and maintained my car well, I have NEVER had and engine light come on, especially after an oil change. My advisor Troy hooked my car up to the sensor to read the code and it said system running too lean. I was told it may not be hooked up correctly or dirt maybe on a wire, they would take the car back fix the light and reconnect and clean the wire. As my car went back for service AGAIN I began to look up the error code. It seems as if my oil change could have been rushed and was not properly connected now or air maybe getting in my intake system somewhere. I was told from crest my filter had dirt and sucked in the dirt from the filter and that blocked air, then I was told my housing box that contained my air filter clasp broke. No one told me this during my service, I was given my car back with a check engine light on as if this was no problem or as if I came in this way. Nothing was offered as if this was my fault. So I inquired about pricing and was told it was pretty pricey. Then I was quoted $880 for a housing box, then I was told I had 2 boxes. So I asked did I require 2 boxes. They told me yes, I needed 2 boxes. I said if it was a bad clamp and was not able to close how is it now, all of a sudden, that both boxes are broken that had never been broken before? At that time I never this with crest Infiniti fault, this was not by coincidence that 2 box are suddenly broke after a oil change and multi point inspection, maybe there was a mistake made and the did not accept fault.i was told my parts alone would be over $1600 plus labor, when i simply came in for a routine oil change. My boxes was simply zip tied together and I was told that should hold my vehicle temporarily?!?!! I said I do not believe this……. I will NEVER have service done at this location again. I will be notifying all of my friends, family and colleagues of this issue. More

Everything was awesome and I was there to pick up the car and they realized they missed some on my credit report and had to redo everything over a period of two days.
