I purchased a 2018 Volvo S90 from Crest Volvo in 2018. Every time it rained, water entered the passenger footwell. I took the car in every year to have the issue resolved. For the first year, they could not replicate the issue. While Crest spent many dollars trying to fix the issue, water continued to enter the car. To make matters worse, when the car was last delivered to me, the dirty rubber mats were tossed in the car half on the seats and half on the floor. There was a dirty oily rag in the drivers seat and black hand prints on my white leather seats. I was not impressed with the quality of service provided. I have never had so many issues with a car as I did with the 2018 Volvo S90. On a positive note, Crest Volvo always gave me a loaner car for my many visits! More
