I live in Louisiana and drove here to buy a 2022 XC 90. This was the only dealership that had what I wanted within a 500 mile radius. Edward Mendoza was my salesman. I can honestly say that Edward was the most polite, knowledgeable, helpful, kindest and patient of all of them. I had a friend buy a Volvo at our local dealership yesterday. She text me while we were signing paperwork to tell me that she hopes I received more instruction on the technology of the car than she did. Well, I most certainly did. I don’t believe Edward left anything out. And it’s a lot! Jorge Ramirez was our business manager. I’ve never felt more comfortable talking to a finance manager. It wasn’t all about numbers. We talked about our families. It was like talking to a friend. Besides being extremely kind, he was fast and efficient, (even though we were very slow Haha!) Not only would I recommend this dealership, I would highly recommend working with Edward and Jorge. More
