Purchased a CPO 2019 Cadillac CT6 mid May 2022 with a trade-in of a CPO 2018 Cadillac XTS previously purchased mid May 2019 at Crestmont Cadillac. Both purchase experiences were very pleasant with Mr. T trade-in of a CPO 2018 Cadillac XTS previously purchased mid May 2019 at Crestmont Cadillac. Both purchase experiences were very pleasant with Mr. Tim Turcoliveri overseeing the purchase of the 2018 Cadillac XTS, with a trade-in and Mr. Paul Guy and Mr. Michael Gutowitz overseeing the purchase of the 2019 Cadillac CT6 with the trade-in of the 2018 Cadillac XTS. I noted to Mr. Paul Guy that the puddle lamp on the driver’s side mirror was loose and dangling from its original installation point. He quickly had a service technician assess the issue and we were informed that it was simple remedy, new replacement puddle lamp would be ordered and Mr. Paul Guy would contact me when the part arrived to schedule service replacement. Last week I called Mr. Paul Guy and inquired about the status of the replacement part, and he advised me that the part was already in and someone from parts/service should have contacted me by now. I advised him that I would be available to return to Crestmont Cadillac this Saturday at 8:00AM in order for service to install the replacement puddle lamp. When I arrived and informed the service advisor Mr. Dave Moore that I was here for the replacement installation, he rudely informed me that I was not on his schedule and that he did not have time for me. I asked for the part so that I could install it myself, and again he rudely told me that he does not have anything to do with parts. II waited till 9:00AM for Mr. Paul Guy (sales) to present only for him to advise me that he had a morning meeting he had to attend. Approximately at 9:30AM, I shared with him my dissatisfaction with the experience at the service department. He tried to obtain a service technician to install the part, but was told that 2 service technicians had called off and they did not have a “certified technician” to install the part. I asked for the part so that I could install it myself and Mr. Paul Guy stated that since it was warranty issue it was not permissible. I travel 33 miles one-way from Medina to Beachwood due to my previous positive experiences with Crestmont Cadillac, but sadly my opinion has greatly depreciated for the customer service that is currently offered. Never would I return to Crestmont Cadillac for sales nor service. I have provided a favorable opinion to my friends and business associates about Crestmont Cadillac, but unfortunately, I will need to update everyone regarding how little they value customer appreciation. A whole week later and I have not heard any feedback from Crestmont Cadillac. Initial response from the owner: "we will have the Service Director reach out to you." More like an automated response, than an actual associate responding to their undervalued customers! Response from the ownera week ago Mr. Delgado We are very sorry for your experience and we will have the Service Director reach out to you. More
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! I was told a full inspection was completed on my vehicle before purchasing, however, there was a crack in the windshield, the brakes sound horrible,(even though work was supposed was completed on my vehicle before purchasing, however, there was a crack in the windshield, the brakes sound horrible,(even though work was supposedly done on them), and the sun visor was broken. I was told I would have to pay for a new sun visor despite receiving the vehicle with it already broken. They lied to me about financing when deciding to purchase the car and then tried cover it up. I have bought a car before and have never experienced such crooked service. Do not trust this dealership, They false advertise and will tell you anything you want to hear to make the sale. I will never be purchasing from here again. More
I found a Cadillac ATS-V online at Crestmont Cadillac in Beachwood, Ohio. I then called the dealership and spoke to Joe Gordon who was very helpful. While the price was good, I did ask about the qualit Beachwood, Ohio. I then called the dealership and spoke to Joe Gordon who was very helpful. While the price was good, I did ask about the quality of the tires. I told him I planned to fly to Ohio to buy the car and wanted reliable tires for the drive back to Illinois. He represented everything was up to date and ready to go. Upon this confirmation I made an online credit application and further proceeded with the dealership personnel about the specific financing terms. The dealership was very heavy handed in selling an extended warranty. I resisted the extended warranty and then the dealership also refused a discount of $250 on the car purchase since I declined the extended warranty. After we agreed on the price of the vehicle, and after giving my credit card information (which was supposed to be on file, rather they charged the card without my consent and approval). I then flew to Ohio for the car. Joe Gordon picked me up at the airport and when we arrived at the dealership. I noted the tires were from 2015 (while the car was a 2017 model). I immediately raised the issue that the tires were older than the car and this was at odds with what I was told on the phone conversations. Further, the tires were not reliable for the trip back to Illinois. The dealership's Service Manager Dan Banas represented the age of the tires was not of concern. This statement is false as a matter of fact. There is a clear reason why D.O.T is on a tire and it is to inform a vehicle owner that it is time for new tires, even if the mileage limit hasn’t been met. Again, I had specifically asked about the tires while I was still in Illinois, and they had not disclosed the tires were older than the vehicle. The dealership continued to deny the tires were inferior. I left the dealership and informed them I would be at a hotel since I needed to fly back to Illinois rather than drive. At that point the the Used Car Manager Jim Turcoliveri suggested I save the lodging and flying fees and buy the car for the agreed price and get new tires when I arrived back in Chicago. This confirmed my position that Crestmont Cadillac had no concern for my satisfaction nor my safety. It wanted a sale and it couldn't care less about the professional thing to do. I write this review so others are warned not to come to the dealership from out of town because the personnel will not stand by its values. They assume you will buy the car because that's the easy thing to do. Untruthful, inconsiderate and unprofessional are the hallmarks of the experience I had in my transaction at Crestwood Cadillac. The dealership has my contact information if they want to resolve the issue, contact me, and do not ask me to contact you in any way. You guys dropped the ball, so you all need to own up to what you did! More

Disappointed Disappointing experience. Bought a 2018 Mustang GT with 2K miles that was traded in & I got a fair deal. However, the car was advertised on their webs Disappointing experience. Bought a 2018 Mustang GT with 2K miles that was traded in & I got a fair deal. However, the car was advertised on their website as having the 3.55 Torsen gear, a highly desirable $500 option. It was a major factor in my decision to purchase. Using the vehicle’s VIN, my local Ford dealer printed the window sticker, & I just learned the car did not include this option. Crestmont published a deceptive ad & I bought into it. I wrote the dealer an email & of course, no response. Caveat Emptor. More
Disappointed Free car wash is a nightmare. I had to take my car in multiple times to finally get the seat heater fixed. I don’t think I’ll buy my next car here. Free car wash is a nightmare.
