I was glad that they had the car that I wanted, but I was incredibly disappointed by the service. I came in pre-qualified with a low interest rate, and I let the salesman know that. After test driving the specific vehicle, we began the paperwork process. I gave the salesman my address, which is different than the old address in my drivers license, but he still put my old address in my paperwork. Then, when working with the financing guy, they processed my financing under their own system and gave me an interest rate that was over 2% higher than what I was pre-qualified for. It was only after going through the entire financing process - twice because they had to correct my address - that I had to go through it a third time once I realized they were not using my pre-qualified rate. I would never recommend them. More

So I brought my car in for a random recall, and when I went to pick it up my aftermarket running boards that are retractable were no longer working nor any of my interior lights or my dome light so it was went to pick it up my aftermarket running boards that are retractable were no longer working nor any of my interior lights or my dome light so it was late in the day and they didn’t know how to figure out how to make it work so I took it back home. Set up an appointment to bring it back and pick up a loaner car. . I came back in for my appointment with my service dog, and after letting me sit in the waiting room for over a half an hour, someone came out from the service department and informed me that under no circumstances was any pet allowed in their loaner cars nor would any car rental company allow that to happen. so I had to explain the ADA requirements of which the service man told me he wasn’t going to make any exceptions. There was a $500 cleaning fee if I chose to put a dog in the car. . so I had to explain the ADA requirements, so I proceeded to go home drop the dog off and come back and pick up the loaner car. then after several days of my car being at the dealer for them fixing the problem that they created, Mike the Middle Eastern guy with the bad attitude that sits behind the desk called me and told me my car was ready to be picked up . So I asked Mike if the running boards were working and the dome light and the interior lights and he said no. . so I said then the car is not ready to come home and I’m not picking it up and might I add this Mike person has given me nothing but attitude since the very first time I had any service of any kind oil change anything just a condescending negative attitude. . The brand new general manager was amazing. Scott Heid. Apparently, when all of this took place, it was only his second day on the job. He came from Lincoln, which is where I had my last car for 12 years and the service at Lincoln was stellar. If I made an appointment, I didn’t have to go sit in the waiting room for more than a half an hour for them to then tell me that I couldn’t Get in a loaner car with my service dog because it wasn’t an issue at Lincoln and not ever . So now that we have Scott on board things are going better and apparently there’s a new female service manager unfortunately I don’t know her name and it was her that finally was able to get the running boards and the dome light and the interior lights working.. also day one or two on the job. So basically the existing staff that has been there for I don’t know how long definitely is not the level of service. I’m accustomed to and I didn’t buy a low end car. I have a genesis GV 80.. More
