Mark Crow has assisted me in acquiring dad (now deceased) and mom with our last 4 leases. He is THE most stand up and trustworthy sales professional I’ve ever known. Mom is 90 years old, we’re blessed that she’s still able to drive. In all honesty, Mark Crow IS the reason I went back to your dealership. I don’t recommend people very often however, Mark is the anomaly, I have recommended him to others, even above an uncle owning his own dealership!! What does that say about this fine gentleman! The service person was not very helpful setting an appointment to bring our car in for a recall issue. We weren’t coming in because we wanted to. We had to to get the car fixed. Alex F helped us out this time. My wife has been to Crestmont for her last two vehicles. This time we went to replace my older 2014 Dart.
