I had a pleasant experience at the dealership. However was given paperwork that my rear brakes and rotors needed replaced. I ended up taking my vehicle to the dealership that I purchased it from f However was given paperwork that my rear brakes and rotors needed replaced. I ended up taking my vehicle to the dealership that I purchased it from for the service. When they went to replace the pads and rotors they found out that I actually had plenty of life left in them and there was no need for a replacement. I am very frustrated and don't appreciate being lied to. Unfortunately, as a result, I will not be back to your dealership in the future. I would rather drive 2-3 hours to a dealership that I trust. More
