My car was damaged after getting stuck in the snow. Brought it to this dealership and was told it would be looked at by the end of the week. It was over two weeks and still was not looked at. I called multiple times to see when it could be fixed and got told within a couple of days. Finally picked up the car and took it somewhere else to get it fixed. Had my car in for warranty work which was done fast and efficient. I had also written on the appointment text I wanted my transmission and rear window defogger checked.
