Complained that my new 2020 sonata has been experiencing shaking while braking since 14000 miles. 2 services later and issue still hasn't been addressed. When I scheduled the service on line, I was able to identify what I wanted done and it provided me a price. The price was $60-$65. Oil change,oil filter, Interior filter and tire rotation. When I arrived at the dealership at 8:30am I was told I'd have a 2 hour wait. I opted for a shuttle ride home. At 12:30pm I called and was told I would be called as soon as the work was done. I got the call at 3:15pm, nearly 7 hrs. later. When I got to the dealership the cashier had a bill for me of $213. When I addressed the issue with David in service he reviewed what I wanted done and and reduced the bill to $63 .I got home at 5pm. The whole day consumed for an oil change. Two previous oil changes with this vehicle I waited for and the service was done in less than an hour, this service was 7hrs with and outrageous billing result. Unless future service can only be done at the dealership, like recall updates etc. I will have regular service done elsewhere. On top of that an issue with the radio that I noted when I dropped it off was not addressed. More
