I had rodent damage to wiring harness, smart trunk didnt work, needed 2 tires and oil change. Over 30 days later and $2800 later, tires were not put on, balanced or aligned nor did trunk work after antenna work, needed 2 tires and oil change. Over 30 days later and $2800 later, tires were not put on, balanced or aligned nor did trunk work after antenna replacement. They didnt test drive the car with tires nor test the trunk. Also add $825 in rental car fees for 2 weeks until they gave me a loaner. Incompetent at best! More
