My overall experience with Crestmont Hyundai was less than satisfactory. The dealership was willing and able to locate the specific color of my vehicle, but fell short in many other ways. The woman who t than satisfactory. The dealership was willing and able to locate the specific color of my vehicle, but fell short in many other ways. The woman who technically sold me the car disappeared after I put down my deposit. She told me she would follow up with me on the status of my car. That did not happen. I had to reach out to her to check on the status of my vehicle, if it had been located, and when I could pick it up. She returned my call, but was not available on the day I picked up my car, nor have I received any follow up communication from her or the dealership. Less than 24 hours after picking up my brand new car from the dealership the “check engine” service light came on and I also noticed a scratch on my front bumper. I notified the woman who assisted in selling me the car. I then called the service department to notify them of these issues. I believe the dealership was negligent in looking over the car thoroughly because they had received it from another dealership. I was hopeful they would be more accommodating since I had just purchased the car from their dealership less than 24 hours ago, but they were not. My husband had to call and complain in order for any accommodations to be made. Based on my initial experience with this dealership, I would not recommend them. More
