I took my car in for warranty work, one of which wasfor the seat belts recall. My appointment with work requested was made 3 weeks in advance. They had my car all day and when told it was ready to be picke the seat belts recall. My appointment with work requested was made 3 weeks in advance. They had my car all day and when told it was ready to be picked up they only completed one of the recalls and stated they didn't have the parts to fix the seat belt recall. My question is with three weeks notice as to what was needed to fix the seat belt recall why didn't they have what they needed. then it took them all day to just reprogram the ECU which I was told takes 1 hour.
