Im not sure this guy even exists, ive tried several times and left messages because im told he is the only one who can make decisions around Crestmont. My car has a engine problem that they were aware of prior to purchase that they assured me would be fixed prior to taking it off they're lot. 2 months later, same problem and for the past 5 days I have been fighting this dealership to fix the mistake, calling more than 14 times! Still no word from anyone with authority or answers. I would not have taken the car if I knew the extent of the problems that they assured me they would take care of. Nothing but a headache from this dealership. Save they empty apologies, i've heard over 50 of them in the last week from your staff, I wanrlt results. More

Great service is back! I've been coming to Crestmont for the last few years for service. It started out great but the last year, it kind of fell off. I wasn't getting the sh I've been coming to Crestmont for the last few years for service. It started out great but the last year, it kind of fell off. I wasn't getting the sheet that they showed what they checked, like tires or battery. Took my car in for an oil change and very excited to be handed the checklist again. I also had told Robert that I needed to be out within the hour to pick up my brother from the hospital. They did an awesome job!! I was out of there within 45 minutes with everything taken care of - even washed my car!! So happy the great service is back!! Thank you!!!! More
