SOME GOOD, SOME NOT SO GOOD The original salesman (Joe) I worked with clearly did no work regarding financing since he gave us an interest rate more than two points higher than w The original salesman (Joe) I worked with clearly did no work regarding financing since he gave us an interest rate more than two points higher than what we ended up getting (both credit scores 800+). Once we got to our rep (Mark), he was very helpful and got us through the buying process in short order. They did however, put the incorrect date on the temp tag and we had to have them FedEx a new one. PS - We had an issue with our trade-in and the service department went above and beyond to help with the issue. So clearly, some good and some not-so-good. More
