Customer service? More like no customer service DON'T SHOP HERE. I bought a car not even a year old from Crestmont. Since it was classified as a used car, i was told i could not put a hold on it - t DON'T SHOP HERE. I bought a car not even a year old from Crestmont. Since it was classified as a used car, i was told i could not put a hold on it - that i had to buy it now or chance losing it. My husband and left work early to buy it, but had little time to test drive and get all the paperwork completed. We didn't get a chance to inspect the car thoroughly. I was told the car was being cleaned while we were doing the paperwork. It was cleaned, inside or out. I was also left with barely 1/8 tank of gas. It also had been to the body shop, we were told the bumper had been replaced. However, it has scratches, chipped paint, and is filthy. Too filthy for having just been replaced. We've tried to get answers from both the salesman (Jared) and manager (Ken). Both are not responding to our calls. DON'T SHOP HERE. More

To summarize, everyone (from salesperson through management) I worked with had an attitude that I should feel honored to buy a car from them!?! I found & contacted Crestmont through Car Gurus. Throughout the sales process, they never returned my calls leaving it up to me to figure everything out. In fact on multiple occasions, my sales rep replied to my texts that she was too busy to contact/work with me and will get back to me when she had time (after days of waiting for her to contact me I called her)! I only bought the car from Crestmont because of the price. Finalizing the sale was equally horrible. It was so bad that you’d think think mine was their first sale. I specifically asked what paperwork I’d need to pay my out of state taxes and get my out of state license plates, they said what they gave me is all I needed. I went to get my license plates and pay my taxes I didn’t have what was needed. So I called Crestmont back and again they were clueless and offered no help. I guess I’ll have to figure it out on my own. These are just a couple examples and I could go on and on about my absolutely miserable experience of working with everyone at Crestmont. The ONLY positive thing is their price. The adage that “you get what you pay for” definitely holds true with Crestmont! I love Hyundai vehicles but Crestmont is a true embarrassment in every way to Hyundai. More
