Very smooth from start to finish Our salesperson was very efficient. We all know that it usually takes about 3 to 4 hours from start to driving off the lot with your new car. Great customer service, horrible technician experience My engine seized up on my 2016 Santa Fe and I had it towed here for warranty replacement. The CSRs were great to work with. It took 11 weeks to get My engine seized up on my 2016 Santa Fe and I had it towed here for warranty replacement. The CSRs were great to work with. It took 11 weeks to get the replacement engine but that was Hyundai's issue, not the dealership. When they received and installed the engine and returned it to me I had no air conditioning and horrible brake noise. I was given an appointment for a week later, forcing me to drive a full week in 95-degree weather with no A/C. After they topped off the coolant and resurfaced the rotors the brakes seemed fine but I still had no A/C. Taking it back AGAIN they found that the A/C compressor had never been plugged back in. That night I heard a rubbing noise coming from the right rear tire. Investigating the next morning I found that three of the five lug nuts on that tire were missing or loose! They had not completed the tire install after resurfacing the rotors. Poor, poor, poor technician work on both issues. More

Was told I had to come back at 1 or 1:30 to get the car because they didn"t know I was going to wait for it. Not my problem the person who scheduled the appointment didn't do their job right as I said I would be waiting for it. Irregardless, I had an appointment for a job that would take less than 2 hours, not an appointment to squeeze it in when they had time. More
