Kate showed us what my projected monthly payments would be, and since I don't have much credit history, the interest rate was high and would put me over my budget. However, Tabitha was very willing to accommodate my budget, and we eventually worked out a deal that worked for me. Joe was also very helpful and willingly held the car for us when Tabatha and Kate were unavailable. Great dealership; couldn't be happier with the car. More

Two weeks to change Alternator I had my alternator changed back in January. However, it started to have intermittent problems. I brought it back in June after it would not start, I had my alternator changed back in January. However, it started to have intermittent problems. I brought it back in June after it would not start, they found nothing. I then completely died while driving in early July. They kept it a week concluding nothing was wrong. I drove it to work next day up to NASA from Granger township. It died on way home along I-71 I heavy traffic. I waited for 2 hrs till I could have it towed to Crestmont. They kept it again for another week, this time finally putting in a new alternator. They should have done this two weeks prior. My other mechanic checked it two weeks prior and said it was not putting out the high enough voltage. He diagnosed this in 15 mins. It took your shop 2 weeks. More

Horrible horrible wait 2nd time straight I’ve come in for simple simple maintenance. 1. Oil change was there for 2 1/2 hours had a 11 am appointment didn’t leave till 1:39 2nd time straight I’ve come in for simple simple maintenance. 1. Oil change was there for 2 1/2 hours had a 11 am appointment didn’t leave till 1:39 because they screwed up in someone’s car washing it with the moonroof down. And I’m there extra long why? 2. Went to have a tire inspected. Was there 1 1/2 hours before I had to go and ask what was going on since I had a 8 am appointment when they opened up it was 9:40 before I left. Unless I have major car issues I will not be coming back my time is important and apparently they can care less More
