First time leasing a car Salesperson was confused at times, needed help from the general manager in explaning the lease contract and the options the vehicle was equipped with. Salesperson was confused at times, needed help from the general manager in explaning the lease contract and the options the vehicle was equipped with. Had to take car back after we picked it up as we found several areas not cleaned and possible paint chip the day after we took the car home and had chance to go over it thoroughly. The car was leased in my name but salesperson put the Blue Link service in my wife's name. Originally received an email from parent Hyundai Motor company thanking me for updating account with our 2015 Sonata, it's a 2019 Sonata and had to have salesperson correct thus with parent Hyundai company which was corrected.
