Great car, great Sales Associate, but Overall a very good experience. Alejandro is an excellent ambassador for Crestmont. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my car, I did a quick walk a Overall a very good experience. Alejandro is an excellent ambassador for Crestmont. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my car, I did a quick walk around inspection and immediately noticed a clear protective film on the bumper that hadn’t been removed. I also pointed out that while the car looked clean overall, that the wheel wells were filthy, and covered in dry mud. They took the car back to service and managed to remove the film, but neglected to clean the wheel wells. At that point, I had to return to work having already waited 30 minutes. Not the level of service I expected for the Genesis brand. More
