Best Car Dealership in Medina County, Ohio A fantastic dealership from start to finish. Our Salesman, Alejandro Barraza, listenned to us, showed us cars we wanted rather than the ones that w A fantastic dealership from start to finish. Our Salesman, Alejandro Barraza, listenned to us, showed us cars we wanted rather than the ones that were being pushed, had an extremely good knowledge of all the cars, and really went overboard to help find the right vehicle for us. No canned sales talk, no pressure. Just total honesty and a commitment to find a car that was right for us. He even offered to let us take a car home to try it out for a few days. He worked with our budget and our desires to find the perfect car. When we decided to buy our Hyundai Tuscon, Alejandro put all the paperwork I needed on line so I didn't have to make an extra trip to the dealership. The paperwork was all printed out and ready for us to sign when we went to pick up the car. Adam Dejean got us financing in spite of us not having a super credit rating. Megan Mullins got us through the paperwork, explaining everything to us in a way we understood. We didn't have any dangling questions about our financing or the warrantee, or anything else. What really sells us on this dealership is their friendliness. Everyone was someone we were glad to have met. It wasn't just business. Everyone took a personal interest in us and shared some of their life with us. We didn't make business contacts at Crestmont Hyundai. We made friends. We've had the Tuscon about a week now. We love it. No surprises. No disappointments. No regrets. It's everything we expected and wanted in a car, and this dealership helped us find it. We visited twelve dealerships in Medina and Southwest Cuyahoga Counties looking at cars. There were dealers that almost made me feel unwanted. Salesman who knew less about their cars than I did from the internet. Salesman who could care less about us, or just had an attitude of detachment, as if I was asking about a can of soup rather than a $25,000 purchase. Salesman who were pushing certain cars while ignoring what we wanted in a car. Sales departments that were more concerned with our finances before even wanting to show us a car. Three were good dealerships, with friendly sales staff, but none of them went out of their way to make us feel as comfrotable while looking over their cars, or as confident in their dealership as Crestmont Hyundai of Brunswick. Even if a Hyundai isn't on your list of cars to buy, you shouldn't pass up this Dealership, their service, and the cars they sell. Who knows? You may find Hyundai is what you are looking for. I was concerned because my warranty is running out soon and Emily said this problem would still be covered since it was documented beforehand. She told me when a car became available she would call me to drop off my car and give me a rental until they can figure out what is wrong. Haven't heard back from anyone yet. More
