Don't buy from Crestmont My Elantra was delivered with several pings and dings. I informed my Crestmont salesman and he documented the damaged areas. Great Experience with the Financial Team I had purchased a used Toyota from Cresmont Hyundai Spring 2018. I just traded this car in for another vehicle elsewhere in this Spring 2019. I ha I had purchased a used Toyota from Cresmont Hyundai Spring 2018. I just traded this car in for another vehicle elsewhere in this Spring 2019. I had purchased 'gap coverage' for my loan on the Toyota. Because I no longer own this car, I sought out Megan Mullens/Finance Dept. thru email correspondence to assist me in a refund on my gap coverage. Long story short, Megan was very helpful, courteous, and quick to respond to me, each time I needed her to. She made this refund a painless and rather quick process, and for this, I am very appreciative for her and her efforts/help. Megan provide to me, what I call 'great customer service'!! More
