He gave us a thorough test drive of a 2016 Genesis in the ultimate packag Paul was very easy-going and open to listening to what we were looking for. He gave us a thorough test drive of a 2016 Genesis in the ultimate package. He covered all of the bells and whistles, and facilitated a test drive that ensured all of the features were demonstrated, from Lane Assist to backing up and parking. Paul was very patient and understanding even after we left the dealership the first day and came back at a later date to test drive a similar Genesis. Paul was very approachable, and he focused on us even though new customers were coming in after we were done with his services and waiting on the finance department to come get us. This was truly special, since we felt like more than just the "next" customer. Adam Dejean and Tabatha Oliver were very professional too. Both of them sought to understand exactly what we were looking for, instead of possibly pressuring us into a substitute. Crystal McKamey was also very friendly and professional, taking the time to talk with our 8 year old son and allow him to play Connect on her desk as he robbed her Twizzler stash during the paperwork completion. I am very happy we didn't settle for a Lincoln MKZ. Our Genesis is amazing. Thanks Paul and associates! More
