After checking with the dealership we put a deposit down on the vehicle on a Friday with the intention of going down to pick up the car the following weekend. When I called the dealership the following Monday to get all the details hammered out, we were financing though our credit union and they required a dealer purchase order, imagine our surprise when we were told the owner of the dealership sold the vehicle to a "buddy" the day AFTER we put down our deposit. However, as sorry as they were, surprise again, they had another similar vehicle with double the mileage, if we were interested. I've done two car deals over the internet before, never having this type of incident occur. Although the manager of the dealership later called to apologize, I would be very, very careful if you ever consider doing business with this company. More

Crestmont Hyundai also has an excellent service department staffed with knowledgeable people. Each time I leave the dealership, either after acquiring a vehicle or having my vehicle serviced, I feel that I have been treated with respect and charged a fair price for the vehicle and service.
