I think she followed up with a call, email, or text. I called her, she got prices back to me, I checked prices elsewhere and found Crestmont’s To be the best. Made the apt., got the tires, and I was out the door. Emily had an alignment test done, to be safe, which I thankfully didn’t need to do. My total cost came out to be less than originally quoted. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. This dealer gave me a locked in price and told me they made a mistake which cost me 3% extra in interest and extra money a month. Seemed like they were constantly lying to me and trying to keep me and my vehicles (trade ins) there. Word of advise....Do not let them take your vehicles away on a trade in before you come to terms. These people make constant mistakes that are either due to negligence or strategy to make more money. Took too long and my deal was absolutely garbage and no one was willing to work for me or with me. Extremely disappointed. The only reason I stuck with the deal was because I was low on time and was supposed to go to work and it would have taken hours to get my vehicles back and cancel the deal. Would never buy from this dealership again. More

Quick and Easy Experience Justin was so helpful. Saw the car online before they even had pictures up. So when I called he went out and made a whole video of the car and sent it Justin was so helpful. We live a bit always so this was so helpful to see it before driving to see it in person. It needed a spot fixed on the front fender and they couldn’t of made it easier to schedule it to be fixed.
