Service department is wonderful. The sales department needs to watch what they are talking about. Customers can hear and they were arguing and making crude comments. Dave was very nice and professional so this has nothing to do with him but not only does the dealership suck but ur technician is clueless about how to fix the car I bought and brought in. During my last visit, I had asked to have my cabin filter replaced, I got a call from the svc area telling me that they replaced my filter last time During my last visit, I had asked to have my cabin filter replaced, I got a call from the svc area telling me that they replaced my filter last time and it didn’t need to be done. They could have easily changed it and charged me and I would have been none the wiser…but they were honest in NOT providing a service I did not need at the time. And upon further discussion about my tires needing rotated, it was decided to leave them as is since I plan to replace them come winter. Due to the rotation being part of the oil change, he gave me a couple of dollars off the oil change. I bought my car at Ganley, and it was not a great experience. Crestmont is the only Hyundai dealer I will go to now. Thank you! More
