Overall very positive experience. Arrival was quick and service was completed the same day with a minimum of callbacks. A previous service date required a part that had to be ordered but the order was never put into the system. I had to call the parts department to get the part reordered. Also I had to call the parts department to confirm that the part, and a second part that I requested, had arrived. This should be handled by the service department and not rely on the customer to confirm orders and parts delivery. More
