New tires. The last time I had an oil change Emily mentioned that I would be needing tires soon and mentioned a tire sale coming up in Nov. I think she followed up with a call, email, or text. I called her, she got prices back to me, I checked prices elsewhere and found Crestmont’s To be the best. Made the apt., got the tires, and I was out the door. Emily had an alignment test done, to be safe, which I thankfully didn’t need to do. My total cost came out to be less than originally quoted. Accomodating Dealership Emily was very accomodating. She was able to squeeze me in even though the appointment slate was full.
