Unfortunately my experience trying to get service, during service, and after service has been the worst experience I have had. I took my car here which is an hour away from where I live into the worst experi service, and after service has been the worst experience I have had. I’m disappointed to say that I was never updated about my car unless I called multiple times. There was miscommunication about my car all the way through. It has been an absolute headache to get my car taken care of and to get ahold of anyone here at this dealership. I was given the wrong parts and they were not replaced come a previous purchase and was told it could be done upon dropping my car off, the splash guard underneath my car is missing and no one can tell me where it is or what happened to it. I am missing my last service sticker from where I got my last oil change from my car which I discovered today and I have tried calling multiple times even leaving a voicemail to which has not been returned. I’m sick and tired of calling to get simple questions answered. I can only imagine what else I will find has happened to my car or what could be missing. More
