Great Service Team During the week of July 8th I dropped off our Highlander for scheduled maintenance, which was performed as requested. While performing the maintenanc During the week of July 8th I dropped off our Highlander for scheduled maintenance, which was performed as requested. While performing the maintenance work, the tech identified a leaking seal which either prematurely failed or may not have been replaced properly by another dealer. Erica, my advisor had brought this to my attention and quickly escalated to Craig, the service manager. At one point there was a significant amount of work that needed to be performed. Working with Craig and Erika, I was able to create a manageable plan to get the most important work completed immediately, while creating a plan to address the remaining work needed. The vehicle was immediately subjected to 500 mile harsh road trip and no issues to report. Crestmont Toyota has a great team and why we continue to have our Highlander, now with 120K miles serviced here. More

Finally a dealer who knows Customer Service!! I never take the time to write online reviews for anything. And most people only write reviews to complain about things. However.....this is the EXCEPTION......Crestmont Toyota! Such a pleasure dealing with a smaller "family" type dealership where they care about you as a person, and remember your name when you walk back in a month later. Totally different experience than the big highway automalls where you are just a potential revenue source. My purchase was a bit different than the usual buying experience. Most of my interaction was with Joe Simone from finance. This guy is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, personable, and xxxx good at what he does. Second to none! Joe was able to get me an interest rate 11 points below what my current car loan was. Again...amazing! That alone saved me thousands over the course of the loan. Also had the pleasure of working briefly with Adam who is extremely knowledgeable and took all the time I needed to answer all my questions about the features in the vehicle. The best part.....this dealership has none of the xx "hidden" or "add on fees" such as dealer prep and all the other non-sense charges all the large dealerships force on you. Just one document fee. I think it was 395.00. All of the experiences listed in this review resulted in us going back three weeks later and buying another vehicle from Crestmont. To the management staff at the dealership.....you can thank Joe Simone for the sale of 2 Rav4's within 3 weeks. Please please give him the credit he deserves...he really is that good!!! I can guarantee with 100% certainty that the next time I make a vehicle purchase it will be with Crestmont as long as they are the same owners and as long as Joe Simone is there to give me another great deal like he did twice now. More
