We went to this place to get new car. We were trying to trade in our Camry, it was in service dept with a $120 bill. So the sales person agreed to take care of that bill and we asked for another $99 off. H trade in our Camry, it was in service dept with a $120 bill. So the sales person agreed to take care of that bill and we asked for another $99 off. He went to confirm with Sales manager(PIT). Next thing, the sales manager walked to us, started screaming at the sales guy, throwing papers, pencils. He was really unprofessional, he was screaming. He claims that he has been in there for 20 years, but he should have been kicked out from there long time ago for this kind of attitude. Either he hates his job or he did not want to sale car to us. Its very unfortunate that he would act like this for $200 on a 38K car deal. I would not recommend this place to anyone and be abused by this kind of classless guy. Sales guy(john) was his manger(pit) was a complete idiot. Spend your money somewhere else where they will not treat you like garbage. More

I really wanted to make a deal with this dealership as it is around the corner from my house, but the when the salesman discovered, after corresponding with me online, that I had a friend who is savvy about is around the corner from my house, but the when the salesman discovered, after corresponding with me online, that I had a friend who is savvy about car dealers helping me, he became rude, and was not interested in dealing (in a buyer's market!). I decided to go to a dealer 45 minutes away instead. More

The salesman, made me wait an extra day to pick up, because my purchase interfered with his scheduled day off. When I finally got to pick up my car, the Finance Manager pushed my paperwork aside and m because my purchase interfered with his scheduled day off. When I finally got to pick up my car, the Finance Manager pushed my paperwork aside and made me wait for almost 2 hours, and took another customer who was there after me, I was informed, by the dealership that because I was a cash deal, I wasn't making him any money, (once in the finance office - I was complete in less than 10 minutes). The Dealership forgot about my Registration, I had to call them and remind them 2 days before my temp tag expired. The salesman sold me floormats but when I picked up the car, conveniently told me that they were out of stock, and forgot to call me when they came in. When I reminded him, he tried charging me for them again. More

My grandmother's friend told me to rate this dealer as they had a horrible experienced on the thier new sales manager. Abosolute!!! No Recomendation on this dealer!!! Such a waste of time, very unhelpfull they had a horrible experienced on the thier new sales manager. Abosolute!!! No Recomendation on this dealer!!! Such a waste of time, very unhelpfull, ignore you, a racist symbolic on his face. Couldn't tell an '05 or '06 Rav4 (very uneducated person), absolute no potential on his future as a manager. Ended buying at Prestige Toyota. More
