Crestview Cadillac, Inc. - Service Center

4 weeks ago I had bought a Lyriq from the Novi dealership. Since I’ve had it, there has been a handful of issues. The Novi dealership however wouldn’t even look at it for 3 weeks, nor could they g dealership. Since I’ve had it, there has been a handful of issues. The Novi dealership however wouldn’t even look at it for 3 weeks, nor could they give me a loaner car. Would never recommend the Novi dealership for purchase or service. I then called Crestview and spoke to Ron and Chris, they are a credit to the dealership. They took it in next day and gave me a loaner lyriq. All issues were fixed under warranty and have restored my faith in Cadillac. They provided a luxury level of service you expect when purchasing an expensive vehicle. Really clear and transparent communication throughout the process and even charged my car before I picked it up. Great experience overall and hopefully I can enjoy the vehicle. Would highly recommend going this dealership. More
