Proactive and exceptional salesperson! I put in a request for more information about a Tahoe that I was interested in and instantly I got an automatic reply from someone. I was thankful for the reply but then Jake sent out a personal email which honestly meant so much more. I made an appointment that night and Jake was actually the first person to greet us with a smile on his face. It turned out that the Tahoe I was interested in was not exactly what I was looking for but that didn't stop Jake from getting me exactly what I wanted. We test drove another vehicle before finding the PERFECT one! He was great and patient and if he didn't know the answer to my question, he immediately searched for it! I cant say anything poor about the whole experience. Jake and the gang were very upfront with the information and I will 100% be coming back and asking for his service again!
