What the xxxx? that is the second time they pulled that crap. I will use you guys for warranty work only on my Durango which I purchased from there. Somebody need to start quality checking on the mechanics. I have 4 vehicles and my daughter has 3 that we all used to take there. That is 7 vehicles you will be losing money on just because I lost trust in your mechanics. The most important things to me is trust, quality, and price. More

Don’t lie to your customers. The sales manager likes to play games and tell untruths like “I know exactly what Carvana and Carmax offered you, we have access to their systems.” The sales manager likes to play games and tell untruths like “I know exactly what Carvana and Carmax offered you, we have access to their systems.” Who in the xxxx would allow you access to proprietary business information? I get it’s a back and forth but offer fair market price on trades.. he did well.. you all listed my old vehicle for 5 grand more than you paid me AND advertise the fair market value of that vehicle at almost 10 grand more than you paid me. I was “fairly” satisfied with my experience however when your front facing employees that are “managers” are nothing but liars it’s hard for me to recommend you. I will be posting a more detailed review and description about your dealership AND especially the “sales manager” I dealt with online to warn others. You hot one over on me.. congrats. More
