When I took my Jeep in to have an issue with my brakes diagnosed, they initially found nothing wrong. I drove it for another day, but on the next day, I had the same issue. I immediately called & explaine diagnosed, they initially found nothing wrong. I drove it for another day, but on the next day, I had the same issue. I immediately called & explained that it was doing the same thing that I originally brought it in for. We arranged for me to bring it back right away & a service technician drove with us to see if he could figure out what the problem was. He quickly gave us a diagnosis of what he thought the issue could be. We were planning on leaving it overnight, but the technician corrected the problem within about half an hour & we were able to come back & pick it up that evening. Although we were initially worried about the 1st technician not being able to find a problem, the 2nd one seemed to know the problem right away. We were very pleased with the service we received the 2nd time & how quickly they got it fixed. I have always had my Jeep serviced regularly at your location & am generally pleased with the service I receive. More
