I am always a little leery of “car salesmen” especially when you are a woman looking for a vehicle. Let me tell you Lee was a breath of fresh air. He was very open, honest, and transparent. When Lee worked the numbers on the Bronco I had picked out and my trade in, I could not believe how close he had come to my figures. Lee certainly came through with the deal I was looking for and I received a good value on my trade in. Worst service ever in past 40 years of Ford vehicle ownership. Quoted a $47 cost for oil change, Invoiced $87 for same service. Asked to not do anything other than oil change.. no evaluation no tire ownership. Quoted a $47 cost for oil change, Invoiced $87 for same service. Asked to not do anything other than oil change.. no evaluation no tire rotation, etc. Service advisor agreed. When I questioned $87 for oil change, the service advisor laughed. After I left the dealership one of the service advisors called and said the tech had left a tool in the vehicle and indicated I should return to the dealership so they could retrive it. I suggested that they should send someone to the hotel and Id leave the tool at the front desk. I recieved a request to do a review of my experience since they advertise no happy customers. More
