We met Andy Russo 8 years ago, when he helped us to select our Honda Odyssey Touring. In need of a change of car, contacting Andy was the first thing we did. Again he guided us well. He discussed thoroughly the advantages of our chosen car, a Fit, especially as to the differences between the standard and the Sport types. He let us drive the new car, all the while answering other question. Finally, when we sat down again in his office, he went through all the items of the contract, providing to our satisfactions an answer to any detail. Given our time constrictions (one of us needing to be at work soon) he sped up all further proceedings efficiently, all of this without losing his composure and friendly attitude. When we left with our new Fit, we were as happy and satisfied as we did with our Odyssey. We got what we needed without any stress and enjoyed the comforting sense that all was done to make our experience a profitable one.
